I work with adolescents and adults experiencing Anxiety, Depression, Borderline Personality Disorder (BPD), and Post Traumatic Stress Disorder (PTSD). I am a licensed clinical social worker and psychotherapist with over 15 years of experience supporting adolescents, adults, and vulnerable populations through trauma-informed care. I blend evidence-based approaches like CBT, DBT, and Trauma Incident Resolution (TIR) with a compassionate, client-centered style. I am fluent in English, French, Haitian-Creole, and Spanish, and is dedicated to empowering clients, advocating for survivors, and creating a safe space where growth and healing are possible.

I am a Licensed Clinical Social Worker in Florida and for over 10 years I have had the honor of helping individuals navigate through life's challenges. I have experience in helping clients with stress and anxiety, relationship issues, coping with grief and loss and depression. The most common approaches I use are Cognitive Behavioral and Solution Focused with Motivational Interview Technique. I believe in creating a safe, nonjudgmental environment where individuals can explore their emotions, develop coping strategies, and build a stronger sense of self-worth.
