Clinical Matching Session in Florida

We had a wonderful experience with Jennifer Clark, our intake specialist. She met with both me and my daughter, Lena, to help us find the right therapist. Jennifer took the time to thoroughly review our background and asked thoughtful, insightful questions that helped her understand Lena’s needs. She made both of us feel heard throughout the process, and Lena was especially comfortable opening up to her, which meant a lot.

Kristie was very thorough. I loved that she actually talked to Josh and that made him feel seen and heard. We will follow up on the plans she recommended.

Jennifer was warm, friendly, and took the time to listen to my 12-year-old's needs and concerns. The entire process was easy, efficient, and incredibly helpful. We had a very positive experience.
