Biography

My path to becoming a mental health provider has been shaped by a deep passion for supporting individuals as they navigate the complexities of their lives. I have always been drawn to helping people learn the skills necessary for acceptance and resilience, enabling them to thrive despite the challenges they may face. I have been working with children and adolescents with both medical and mental health diagnoses for ten years. I understand how our physical health impacts our mental health and vice versa. For the past two years, I have begun working with adults who have ADHD diagnosis or are struggling with coping with life adjustments, including relationships, school, work, and family relations. The first step in a successful therapeutic relationship is creating a safe space built on trust and understanding where we can collaborate to develop coping strategies and a better understanding of emotions, boundaries, and self-worth.
