With over 16 years of counseling experience, my goal is to assist clients in finding solutions to issues that may be presenting challenges for them. With a caring listening ear in a nonjudgmental environment, the focus is to empower clients to create meaningful change through therapy sessions. Being grounded in empathy, collaboration, and evidence-based practices, I ensure each client feels heard, and understood. I am deeply passionate about supporting children, adolescents, and adults as they navigate life’s challenges, including but not limited to anxiety, depression, anger management, PTSD, and self-esteem concerns. Some of the treatment approaches used in therapy include Client Center, CBT, REBT, Solution Focused and Motivational Interviewing. I believe in creating a safe, nonjudgmental environment where individuals can explore their emotions, develop coping strategies, and build a stronger sense of self-worth. My goal is to help clients uncover their strengths, gain clarity, and create a path toward personal growth and resilience.
