’m a compassionate mental health therapist and Registered Clinical Social Worker Intern (RCSWI) in Florida who works with children, adolescents, and adults. I support clients navigating anxiety, depression, emotional regulation challenges, trauma, self-esteem concerns, and life transitions, and I offer therapy in both English and Portuguese. My approach is collaborative, strengths-based, and tailored to each client’s unique needs. I integrate Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), mindfulness-based interventions, and Motivational Interviewing to help clients better understand their emotions, build practical coping skills, and create meaningful change. I believe therapy works best when it feels safe, supportive, and judgment-free—where you can show up exactly as you are. My goal is to help clients feel empowered, gain clarity, and develop tools that support long-term emotional growth and resilience.

My ideal client is anyone who is sick of struggling, whether it be due to anxiety, depression, trauma, relationships, or other related issues. This client is someone who is willing to be vulnerable, and who wants to truly put in the work so that they can better manage their life with the help of a caring therapist. My ideal client is not someone who plans on being in therapy forever, but someone who wants to learn the tools and skills so that they can manage stress in their own life in a healthy way. I was inspired through my own experiences in therapy to become a therapist. Let's create change together. I have helped clients of all ages better manage their anxiety, depression, and related challenges through a warm, strengths-based approach. I also use cognitive behavioral techniques, in order to help clients replace unhealthy thought patterns, build coping skills, and provoke change.

Recently Mary has supported my transition from a relationship that wasn’t serving the new me. I appreciate the ability to be transparent during the ebbs and flows since. Mary encourages my journey and supports my self awareness. I have a new journey ahead and am thankful that I’m given the space to experience a share my perspective. I’m doing the inner work and Mary is helping me scale that inner work— in real time amongst external factors of my life! Thank you!

I am a compassionate Clinical Social Work Intern who earned my Master of Social Work from Metropolitan State University of Denver. I am deeply passionate about supporting teens and adults as they navigate life’s challenges, including anxiety, depression, trauma, life transitions, relationship concerns, emotional regulation difficulties, and self-esteem issues. My approach is grounded in empathy, collaboration, and evidence-based practices, ensuring that each client feels heard, respected, and supported throughout their healing process. I draw from Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), and Motivational Interviewing to help clients build insight, strengthen coping skills, and develop healthier patterns. I believe therapy should be a safe, nonjudgmental space where individuals can explore their thoughts and emotions openly while gaining practical tools they can apply in everyday life. My goal is not only to help clients manage symptoms, but to support them in building self-awareness, confidence, and long-term resilience. I strive to create meaningful therapeutic relationships that empower clients to reconnect with their strengths, gain clarity, and move forward with intention and self-trust.
