Progress that is measured
Every few weeks, your child answers a short set of questions about mood, worry, and sleep. You review the results with your clinician, so you always know what's working.
The questionnaire depends on age. For children under 12, RCADS-25 and SCARED. For ages 12 and up, GAD-7 for anxiety and PHQ-A for depression. Vanderbilt covers ADHD. These are the standard symptom measures therapists and pediatricians already use, and your clinician reviews the trend at every visit.

Real stories of growth
Talking with her about my past and what I want to work on was so important to me and I felt heard and understood in a way that I have never felt before. I’m excited to work on being better for myself and my kids

This was my 2nd session and I’m really hopeful about the skills and tools Ms Sherry is going to work on with me. I look forward to our sessions rather than dread them, like in previous therapy attempts.

I’m so grateful for you and the impact you’ve had on my life. You’ve helped me with self-reflection, family issues, insecurities, and especially those moments when I’ve felt like I’m not a good enough mom. You’ve taught me to see myself with more compassion and reminded me that I don’t have to be perfect. Thank you for creating a safe space where I can be honest, vulnerable, and completely myself. I truly appreciate you and all you’ve helped me through. ❤️

Just wanted to give a little update on my daughter’s therapy sessions. She is doing so much better with Elsie, and I’m honestly so happy with the progress we’ve seen. I’m so thankful my family entrusted her with our daughter because we’ve truly seen such a positive change. It’s also wonderful to have someone who shares the same faith as we do. I’m so grateful for Elsie and the impact she has already had on our daughter and our family.❤️🙏

She understood the assignment. Listened to me and understood that Im actually a mental health professional and I understand more than meets the eye and want to have autonomy when choosing my therapist. I read reviews and just want to make sure I'm choosing the one that works best for me.
