Progress that is measured
Every few weeks, your child answers a short set of questions about mood, worry, and sleep. You review the results with your clinician, so you always know what's working.
The questionnaire depends on age. For children under 12, RCADS-25 and SCARED. For ages 12 and up, GAD-7 for anxiety and PHQ-A for depression. Vanderbilt covers ADHD. These are the standard symptom measures therapists and pediatricians already use, and your clinician reviews the trend at every visit.

She just gets me. She speaks to me like a person not a patient. She has helped me so much in understanding my brain and why I am the way I am. She makes therapy feel less clinical and more healing.
