Progress that is measured
Every few weeks, your child answers a short set of questions about mood, worry, and sleep. You review the results with your clinician, so you always know what's working.
The questionnaire depends on age. For children under 12, RCADS-25 and SCARED. For ages 12 and up, GAD-7 for anxiety and PHQ-A for depression. Vanderbilt covers ADHD. These are the standard symptom measures therapists and pediatricians already use, and your clinician reviews the trend at every visit.

Dr Honsa was amazing and patient with me. I am a 44 year old who was sacred of undiagnosed autistic traits and she made the testing and results so easy and non-judgmental. She is super thorough and she gave me a huge missing piece of my life back.

I can’t quite explain how it feels to be heard and to have a professional make sense of and articulate so clearly some of the things that have been misunderstood.
