Progress that is measured
Every few weeks, your child answers a short set of questions about mood, worry, and sleep. You review the results with your clinician, so you always know what's working.
The questionnaire depends on age. For children under 12, RCADS-25 and SCARED. For ages 12 and up, GAD-7 for anxiety and PHQ-A for depression. Vanderbilt covers ADHD. These are the standard symptom measures therapists and pediatricians already use, and your clinician reviews the trend at every visit.

She is wonderful at getting my son to open up both to her and to us. Post session, he expressed that I had hurt his feelings and asked why I’d said something to him earlier…this type of communication is something that is going to help out whole family moving forward and we are so appreciative of the work Jamie does!

Elsie has been amazing. She has taken the time to take in all the information and worked with me to help my 9 year old daughter. Ive seen a big improvement from her being able to sleep in her own bed now. To be able to process emotions calmly.

As usual wonderful sessions was really good. I had an extended session this time because I always feel like we leave too many open avenues at one hour so I had a two hour session which I think hit a lot of things that needed to be talked about and now it’s about working through them.
