Progress that is measured
Every few weeks, your child answers a short set of questions about mood, worry, and sleep. You review the results with your clinician, so you always know what's working.
The questionnaire depends on age. For children under 12, RCADS-25 and SCARED. For ages 12 and up, GAD-7 for anxiety and PHQ-A for depression. Vanderbilt covers ADHD. These are the standard symptom measures therapists and pediatricians already use, and your clinician reviews the trend at every visit.

Real stories of growth
Had my 13 year olds first session today. He did not want to attend so I bribed him and told him to do it today and he wouldn’t have to go to the next one until 3 weeks. After the session ended, he came into my room and asked if we could schedule it sooner than 3 weeks. I’m glad we found this therapist!

Aminah Todman was created for her position. I never imagined being as comfortable as I am so early on. I’m nervous, a bit anxious but also excited for the work ahead.

Ms. Coleman was absolutely wonderful! She is extremely knowledgeable, professional, and compassionate. What impressed me most was her firsthand experience with my condition and her ability to offer practical, proven methods that I can actually use to make meaningful progress. I immediately felt that I was in capable hands and that she genuinely understood what I’m going through. I’m very grateful for her guidance .

I scheduled the start of an assessment, and the counselor my son was paired with does not assess ADHD or Autism patients. Whole I would like Karson to be paired with him for familiarity, I would like my son assessed by someone who specializes in ADHD and Autism, which is why I chose your group.

I felt very comfortable opening up, much quicker than I expected. We unpacked a lot in 60 minutes, and I have a few helpful things to think about before our next session. The biggest thing was shifting my mindset to the fact that I'm in charge of my emotions, and not letting others actions, or inactions guide my "boat."

I am so grateful for Dr. Ibe and the care she provided for my teenager. Finding the right support for adolescent anxiety and PMDD is difficult, but Dr. Ibe made my teen feel instantly comfortable and heard. She listened without judgment and explained treatment options clearly. I am happy she provided a solution and look forward to seeing improvement in my child’s confidence and stress management. Highly recommend to any parent looking for compassionate, expert teen mental health care
