Progress that is measured
Every few weeks, your child answers a short set of questions about mood, worry, and sleep. You review the results with your clinician, so you always know what's working.
The questionnaire depends on age. For children under 12, RCADS-25 and SCARED. For ages 12 and up, GAD-7 for anxiety and PHQ-A for depression. Vanderbilt covers ADHD. These are the standard symptom measures therapists and pediatricians already use, and your clinician reviews the trend at every visit.

Tiffany is the first person to really hear and listen to my daughter while also taking my concerns into consideration. She immediately zeroed in on a few things she knew that my daughter would respond to. I look forward to more sessions.

Christopher seems really personable and he took the time to explain the process and hear our concerns. I think my son will be able to get a lot out of their sessions together and I’m excited to see him grow.

We’re so grateful to have found Melinda. In just four sessions, we’ve seen a meaningful change in our teen daughter’s outlook—she is calmer, more centered, and less anxious about school. Melinda is compassionate, uplifting, and easy to talk to. Her soothing presence helps our daughter feel heard, understood, and hopeful after every session. We highly recommend her to any family seeking a skilled, caring therapist for their teen.

Jennifer made us feel safe and calm. She was engaging and easy to talk to. At the end of our session, we felt confident about her therapist recommendation and motivated about the next steps and future meeting with an Emora therapist.
