I specialize in trauma and narcissistic abuse recovery, and use a variety of therapeutic modalities and somatic interventions tailored to my clients' needs. My therapy session was helpful because it gave me a safe space to express everything I’ve been holding in. I felt genuinely heard, and it helped me gain some clarity on what’s been weighing me down. Talking things through helped me realize some patterns in how I’ve been reacting, and now I feel like I have a few tools to handle situations a bit differently.
