Biography

Hi! I’m a compassionate Licensed Professional Counselor with a heart for helping children, teens, young adults—and the families who love them—navigate life’s ups and downs. I earned my counseling degree from Grand Canyon University and bring a strong background as a school counselor at both the elementary and secondary levels. Whether your child is struggling with anxiety, depression, anger, self-esteem, or navigating the impact of trauma, I’m here to help. I specialize in working with individuals ages 5 to 25, creating a safe, supportive space where they can feel heard, valued, and empowered. My approach blends empathy, collaboration, and evidence-based tools to guide each client toward growth and healing—with a little humor and creativity along the way. I believe therapy should feel like a conversation. Together, we’ll explore emotions, build practical coping strategies, and uncover the inner strengths that help kids, teens, and young adults thrive. It’s my joy to walk alongside my clients as they build confidence, find clarity, and move forward with resilience and hope.

My daughter seemed like she was able to freely express how she was feeling. She already seems to be in better spirits since her apt. It was helpful having someone, that wasn’t a relative, to reassure her and help her sort through her thoughts
