I am a Registered Mental Health Counselor Intern with clinical experience working with adolescents, their families, and adults. My approach to counseling is grounded in a trauma-informed lens, recognizing that every person carries a unique set of lived experiences shaped by both internal and external factors. I am especially passionate about the role intersectionality plays in mental health—and how identity, environment, and systems all interact to impact a person’s well-being. My goal as a clinician is to create a space that feels safe, affirming, and empowering, where trust is central and growth is possible. Through collaborative, strengths-based care, I support clients in navigating life’s challenges, fostering self-awareness, and building the tools needed to thrive.

This was our first time trying therapy, and he made my son feel very comfortable right from the start. He created a safe and welcoming environment, which really helped ease any nervousness. We’re grateful for the positive experience and look forward to continuing.
