Biography

I am a dedicated and empathetic Licensed Clinical Professional Counselor. I work with children, adolescents, and adults who are navigating challenges such as anxiety, depression, trauma, behavioral concerns, life transitions, and self-esteem issues. My experience includes supporting clients in both school and social settings, helping them manage peer relationships, academic stress, and emotional regulation. My therapeutic approach is grounded in evidence-based practices, including Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Solution-Focused Therapy, Play Therapy, and Psychodynamic techniques. I also incorporate mindfulness and holistic strategies to support emotional and spiritual well-being.
