I am a Licensed Clinical Social Worker with over 16 years of experience working with children, adolescents, adults, and families. I have worked with clients regarding a wide range of topics including anxiety, depression, parenting strategies, anger management, family conflicts, school-related issues, and educational advocacy. I have also worked with youth and families in public schools and foster care. My counseling strategy is to approach our sessions as a partnership. My goal is to assist you with identifying and reaching your goals, and my aim is to meet you where you are ready to begin. It takes a lot of courage to make the first step and reach out for support. Jen is super personable and relatable. My daughter loosened up immediately which is unusual for her - she was skeptical at first but now wants to continue working with her and that is a HUGE win!!!!!

My daughter opened up and talked about her feelings. Jennifer was very patient drawing her out. She also effectively leveraged the goodwill she had built up with my daughter to keep her on task and stay engaged.
