Biography

I'm a neurodivergent affirming therapist with LGBTQ+ adolescents and young adults who have experienced trauma. With lived experience as a mixed Lesbian woman and LGBTQ-affirming therapist, I see every day how environments and systems can affect our mental health and ability to heal and feel safe. I work with challenges such as depression, anxiety, ADHD, identity, self-esteem, and trauma.
