I am a Licensed Professional Counselor who works with children, adolescents, and adults navigating anxiety, stress, and life transitions. I support clients who feel overwhelmed or unsure of how to move forward, whether that’s related to school, relationships, or major life changes. My approach is warm, supportive, and solution-focused, while taking a holistic view of well-being. I use cognitive behavioral therapy, mindfulness, and practical coping strategies to help clients understand their thoughts, manage emotions, and build confidence.
