With over 8+ of experience in this field, I have dedicated my career to helping individuals navigate their emotional and mental well-being. My journey began with a deep passion for understanding the human mind and a commitment to fostering healing and growth. I have had the privilege of supporting children and their families through various emotional and behavioral challenges. My passion for working with young clients is rooted in the belief that early intervention can profoundly shape a child's future well-being and development. I work primarily with mood disorders, poor impulse control issues, impaired family dynamics as well as trauma. I believe in creating a safe, non-judgmental space where clients can openly explore their thoughts and feelings. My goal as a therapist is to empower individuals to gain insight, develop coping strategies, and achieve a greater sense of self-awareness and resilience.
