Biography

I have worked with children, adolescents, young adults, and their families/caregivers for 10 years. I enjoy working with individuals from birth to young adulthood, supporting them and those involved in their lives in understanding behaviors and responses to whatever life circumstances may arise. I have worked with typically and atypically developing children from birth in varying areas, such as mood disorders, intellectual disorders, anxiety, trauma, loss, self-care, relationships/friendships, developmental delays, mindfulness, and coping skills. My goal as a therapist is to empower children and their caregivers and young adults to competently and confidently manage day-to-day life challenges, natural life transitions, and major events with the appropriate tools and skills for every family's unique needs.

Easy platform. The therapist was great with my daughter!

My daughter said “She was nice and listened to me”. This is the first therapist who has engaged me in my daughters treatment and I look forward to working with her.

The process was easy and even on my archaic devices I was able to connect easily and remain connected for the duration of our session. Although this was our first session I felt like my situation was actually seen and considered and our therapist has a genuine desire to help me meet the needs of my child. I feel like this may be the help we've been searching for for so long.
