Biography

Hello my name is Shanice Watson, I graduated from Lindsey Wilson College in 2022 with a Master’s degree in Human Development and Counseling, and I am passionate about walking alongside adults and young people as they navigate life’s challenges. My approach to therapy blends professional knowledge with lived experiences, allowing me to connect with clients on a deeper level. I specialize in supporting clients through anxiety, bullying, depression, grief, and life transitions, while also focusing on building self-esteem and healthier coping strategies. I believe healing happens in a safe, supportive space where you feel seen and heard. My goal is to empower you to uncover your strengths, challenge unhelpful patterns, and move toward the life you want to create.
