Biography

I am a caring and compassionate therapist dedicated to supporting individuals through life's challenges with empathy and understanding. With years of experience working with clients facing a wide range of issues, I specialize in trauma, gender-based violence, relationship concerns, grief and loss, PTSD, anxiety, depression, women's issues, substance use, and ADHD. I am particularly passionate about supporting the LGBTQ+ community and providing a safe, inclusive space for all identities. My approach is holistic, combining evidence-based practices with mindfulness and self-compassion techniques to promote healing and growth. Whether you are an adolescent navigating difficult emotions or an adult looking for support, I believe in the power of therapeutic collaboration to foster resilience and lasting change. I am trained in Accelerated Resolution Therapy and use it frequently in my practice with trauma survivors. We can explore more about how this treatment can benefit you at our first session. While taking the first step with therapy can feel intimidating, I will hold a safe and compassionate space for you in your journey. Together, we can work toward healing, personal growth, and achieving a sense of balance and peace.

Great first session. My son felt comfortable from the beginning. Elizabeth was patient and asked appropriate questions in an effort to get to know my son.
