Biography

I am a compassionate and dedicated mental health counselor and a proud graduate of Webster University, with specialized training in child and adolescent mental health. I am deeply committed to supporting children, adolescents, and adults as they navigate life’s challenges, including anxiety, depression, anger management, trauma-related concerns, and self-esteem difficulties. My approach to counseling is grounded in empathy, collaboration, and evidence-based practices, while honoring the belief that healing and growth are guided by purpose, strength, and hope. I strive to create a safe, welcoming, and nonjudgmental space where clients feel heard, valued, and supported as they explore their emotions and experiences. I believe that every individual is uniquely created with resilience and potential, and my goal is to help clients uncover their strengths, develop healthy coping strategies, and move forward with clarity and confidence. Through compassionate care and intentional support, I aim to help clients build emotional wellness, personal growth, and lasting resilience.
