Biography

I am a Clinical Social Worker and a graduate of Florida International University, committed to supporting children, adolescents, and adults as they navigate emotional, behavioral, and life challenges. I work with individuals experiencing concerns such as anxiety, depression, trauma, emotional regulation difficulties, self-esteem issues, and major life transitions. My approach is client-centered and evidence-based, drawing primarily from Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) and collaborative goal-setting. I strive to create a therapeutic environment that is respectful, supportive, and nonjudgmental, where clients feel safe exploring their experiences and working toward meaningful change. I recognize that personal values and beliefs can be an important source of strength in the healing process. For clients who desire it, I am able to incorporate faith-based perspectives into treatment, while always respecting each individual’s beliefs, preferences, and therapeutic goals. My aim is to help clients build resilience, develop effective coping strategies, and achieve greater emotional well-being.
