Biography
I am a neurodivergent Licensed Clinical Social Worker with lived experience of navigating a differently wired nervous system. I specialize in working with adults (18+) navigating the complexities of identity, relationships, trauma, and neurodivergence across the lifespan. I offer a trauma-informed, neuro-affirming, and holistic approach to therapy that integrates evidence-based practices with depth-oriented and relational work. At the heart of my work is the therapeutic relationship. I believe healing happens through attunement, connection, safety, and being met with curiosity rather than judgment. I strive to create a space where clients feel emotionally held, understood, and empowered to explore their inner world at their own pace. I support individuals experiencing ADHD, ASD, C-PTSD, anxiety, depression, chronic illness, neurodevelopmental differences, attachment and relationship challenges, and grief and loss, including the impacts of developmental and intergenerational trauma. I also work with people navigating major life transitions across the lifespan, including identity development, partnership and family changes, career shifts, aging, and transitions into elderhood, as well as women’s life cycles—including reproductive, hormonal, relational, and role transitions. My approach is eclectic and integrative, drawing from psychodynamic and depth psychology, attachment-based and relational therapy, complex trauma work, internal family systems (IFS), transpersonal psychology, and person-centered care. I also bring in insights from neuroscience, epigenetics, systems theory, and intergenerational and cultural healing frameworks to better understand how our nervous systems, histories, and environments shape who we are. Having worked across clinical, government, and community-based systems—and with people from many cultural backgrounds—I hold a deep respect for the ways healing can look different across identities, cultures, and lived experience. I continue to expand my clinical repertoire through ongoing learning in world healing traditions, sociology, anthropology, and philosophy, allowing therapy to be both grounded and expansive. In our work together, I incorporate psychoeducation, mindfulness, nervous-system regulation, coping strategies, and gentle relaxation practices so that you feel more resourced in your daily life. My goal is not to “fix” you, but to support you in understanding yourself more deeply, strengthening your self-trust, and building a life that feels more aligned, connected, and meaningful.
