Hello! I'm so glad you're here! With 20 years in public education—10 as a teacher and 10 as a school counselor—I have dedicated my life to supporting children, families, and couples through the ups and downs of life. Now, as a licensed therapist, I bring that same passion and commitment to the clinical setting, offering a space where healing, growth, and self-acceptance can flourish. My approach is deeply rooted in Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT) because I believe in the power of mindfulness and radical acceptance to bring peace and clarity. I also integrate Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) to help reframe unhelpful thoughts and promote positive change, as well as Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT) to guide clients in embracing life's challenges with courage and resilience. Stefanie was absolutely amazing! I know Bishop has a hard time w/new people but was made comfortable, and we as parents feel very strongly about Stefanie's capabilities to help Bishop. So many of the right target things were said.
