Biography
Samantha Williams is a Provisionally Licensed Professional Counselor (PLPC) and National Certified Counselor (NCC) devoted to supporting individuals as they navigate life’s challenges, transitions, and opportunities for growth. With a Bachelor of Arts in Psychology, a Master of Science in Clinical Mental Health Counseling, and a Master of Philosophy, Samantha brings both depth and compassion to her clinical work. Her therapeutic approach integrates evidence-based practices such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), Trauma-Focused CBT, Solution-Focused Brief Therapy (SFBT), Motivational Interviewing (MI), and mindfulness-based strategies. She strives to create a collaborative, nonjudgmental environment where clients feel seen, heard, and empowered to explore their thoughts and emotions safely. Samantha works with adolescents, adults, and families to address concerns such as anxiety, depression, life transitions, grief, relationship challenges, and personal identity development. She is passionate about promoting emotional wellness, balance, and self-acceptance while helping clients build practical coping tools that support lasting change. Grounded in empathy and authenticity, Samantha’s goal is to help each client discover their inner strength, cultivate resilience, and live a more fulfilling and meaningful life.
