Biography

I am a mental health counselor with a background in social work. I graduated from UT Arlington with degrees in psychology (BA) and social work (MSW). I am passionate about working with young adults and adults as they navigate life's goals, challenges, setbacks, and triumphs. My approach relies on utilizing compassion, empathy, and collaboration to help clients better understand that their experiences are normal and results can be obtained, even when situations feel difficult to overcome. My clients demonstrate great strength & resiliency from the first appointment and I look forward to helping them discover that strength & resiliency for themselves.
