I’m a Licensed Professional Counselor Associate supervised by Dr. Jennifer L. Ortega. I work with children, teens, and adults experiencing anxiety, depression, low self esteem, and life transitions. My approach is warm, collaborative, and grounded in evidence based practices. I strive to create a supportive space where clients feel heard, understood, and empowered to build healthy coping skills and navigate life with greater confidence and balance.
