Life is messy, identity is complicated, and sometimes we all just need a place to untangle it all with someone who gets it. I love working with teenagers and young adults and anyone exploring who they are, especially around identity, self-worth, and cultural or generational experiences. If you’ve ever felt like you don’t quite fit in a box (or like you were handed a bunch of boxes and none of them felt right), you're in the right place. As a mixed-race individual, I understand what it’s like to feel caught between worlds—and how empowering it can be to reclaim your story. My approach is warm, collaborative, and a little eclectic—because let’s be real, healing isn’t one-size-fits-all. I use a mix of somatic work, inner child healing, mindfulness, cognitive behavior therapy, and humor (yes, therapy can include laughing!). I believe in the power of showing up as your full self and learning to be kind to that self, even on the hard days. Together, we’ll explore what healing looks like for you—whether that’s working through anxiety, depression, navigating life transitions, or learning how to take up space unapologetically. Therapy doesn’t have to be stiff or scary; it can be real, supportive, and sometimes even a little fun.
