Biography
I am a compassionate mental health counselor who graduated from Texas Southern University with a Master of Arts in Clinical Sociology and minored in Counseling. As a licensed Social Worker, my interventions are usually person-centered and family focused, offering support to children, adolescents and adults as they navigate change, empowering them to problem-solve and grow. My style is supportive and non-judgmental with a goal of helping clients to identify their strengths and develop coping strategies for long-term implementation and progress.
