Biography

I am a compassionate and dedicated mental health counselor who is passionate about supporting children, adolescents, and adults as they navigate life’s challenges and transitions. I work with individuals experiencing anxiety, depression, stress, emotional regulation difficulties, self-esteem concerns, trauma-related symptoms, and life changes. My approach to therapy is collaborative, strengths-based, and grounded in empathy. I believe that healing begins when clients feel genuinely seen, heard, and understood. I strive to create a safe, supportive, and nonjudgmental space where clients can openly explore their thoughts and emotions while developing practical coping skills that promote lasting change. I value meeting each client where they are and tailoring treatment to their unique needs, experiences, and goals. Together, we focus on building self-awareness, resilience, and confidence while working toward greater emotional balance and clarity. My goal is to empower clients to reconnect with their strengths, develop healthier patterns, and move forward with intention and hope.
