Biography

As both a parent of a child with an Autism diagnosis and a licensed clinical mental health therapist, I bring a unique blend of professional expertise and lived experience to my work. I understand firsthand the questions, emotions, and challenges families face while navigating behavioral and mental health support for their children. With experience in both the mental health and behavioral health fields, I have worked with children and families from diverse backgrounds and with a wide range of developmental and emotional needs. My approach is compassionate, strengths-based, and deeply collaborative, focusing not only on addressing behaviors, but on understanding the whole child within the context of their family and environment. I am passionate about partnering with parents, honoring their insight, and creating supportive, individualized care that helps children thrive while empowering families to feel confident and supported every step of the way.
