Biography

I provide a compassionate, supportive space where children, teens, and adults feel seen, understood, and empowered to grow. I work with children ages 7–18 and adults up to 65, partnering closely with parents and caregivers to support meaningful, lasting change. My approach is empathetic and relationship-centered, because I believe healing and growth happen best within safe, trusting connections. At the same time, I am growth-focused and intentional—helping clients build practical skills, strengthen emotional awareness, and develop healthier ways of relating to themselves and others. With children and teens, I meet them where they are while encouraging confidence, emotional expression, and resilience. With parents, I emphasize collaboration, education, and support so families can grow together. With adults, I focus on insight, balance, and strengthening relationships across all areas of life. My goal is to help clients feel supported while also gently challenged to grow, develop healthier patterns, and build strong, meaningful connections.
