Ms. Campos is a gem. Her insight into my negative thinking processes and how to correct my negative thought processes is tremendously positive for my well-being.

It was nice to have someone to walk me through picking a therapist, I've delayed for a while because of decision fatigue.

Teah also addressed my overall goal by establishing our path forward with my treatment and clarified the plan to track and discuss my progress during our recurring sessions.
