My appointment with Teah this morning was primarily introductory. Teah asked some questions, but also gave me the space to speak freely even though I trailed a bit off topic throughout. Teah also addressed my overall goal by establishing our path forward with my treatment and clarified the plan to track and discuss my progress during our recurring sessions.

I really felt “heard”. Aishah really took the interview seriously, listened to mine and my son’s concerns. She very quickly picked up on his communication style and is incorporating that into her recommendations. I feel positive we will be matched with someone that can truly help.

Jeremiah likes his therapist. He is 7 and we have a few hard topics to talk through, so it means a lot that he likes her and feels comfortable with her.
