Biography

I'm a compassionate mental health counselor who graduated from Our Lady of the Lakes University in San Antonio, TX with adolescent and adult specialties. I'm deeply passionate about supporting adolescents and adults as they navigate life’s challenges, including but not limited to anxiety, depression, anger management, PTSD, and self-esteem concerns. My approach is grounded in empathy, empowerment, and evidence-based practices that ensure each client feels heard and understood to create meaningful change. I believe in creating a safe, nonjudgmental environment where individuals can explore their emotions, develop coping strategies, and build a stronger sense of self-worth. My goal is to help clients uncover their strengths, gain clarity, and create a path toward personal growth and resilience.
