Biography

I am a Licensed Master Social Worker (LMSW) who graduated from The Ohio State University. I work with individuals navigating anxiety, depression, stress, life transitions, and relationship challenges. My approach is warm, collaborative, and strengths-based. In therapy, I partner with clients to better understand patterns, develop effective coping skills, and build insight that supports meaningful change. I tailor my work to each client’s unique experiences, goals, and values, drawing from evidence-based practices. Starting therapy can feel overwhelming, and my goal is to create a supportive, nonjudgmental space where you feel comfortable showing up as you are. Together, we’ll work toward growth, balance, and greater emotional well-being.
