I am a board-certified Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse Practitioner (PMHNP) with advanced training from Uiveristy of Texas at Arlington, dedicated to supporting children, teens, and young adults through compassionate, evidence-based psychiatric care. I'm experienced in treating various psychiatric and mental health conditions such as depression, anxiety, bipolar, other mood disorders, OCD, PTSD, ADHD and sleep problems. I integrate medication management with psychoeducation and family collaboration to create care plans that feel empowering — not overwhelming.
