I am a compassionate mental health therapist (LCSWA) with a strong background in Intensive In-Home services, Community Support Team work, Peer Support, and mental health and substance use treatment. My experience working across multiple levels of care has shaped my commitment to meeting individuals and families exactly where they are,emotionally, mentally, and in their environment. Throughout my career, I have supported children, adolescents, adults, and families facing challenges such as anxiety, depression, anger management, trauma symptoms, behavioral instability, emotional dysregulation, substance use concerns, system involvement, and low self-worth. My time providing IIH and CST services has strengthened my skills in crisis response, safety planning, treatment planning, and helping clients stabilize within their homes and communities. My Peer Support and substance use experience add an extra layer of authenticity, empathy, and real-world understanding to the people I serve. I believe deeply in creating a safe, nonjudgmental, and empowering space where individuals can process emotions, develop coping skills, and begin their healing journey. My approach is warm, collaborative, trauma-informed, and grounded in evidence-based practices. I strive to ensure every client feels seen, supported, and understood as they work toward personal growth and emotional wellness. At the heart of my work is a belief that everyone has strengths, resilience, and the capacity to grow. My purpose is to help clients uncover those strengths, overcome emotional and behavioral challenges,including mental health and substance use,and build a foundation for meaningful, lasting change.
