Biography

I am a compassionate licensed independent social worker who graduated from the University of Cincinnati with a master's in clinical social work. I am deeply passionate about supporting children and families as they navigate life’s challenges, including but not limited to anxiety, trauma, and social/emotional regulation coping skills. My approach is grounded in empathy, collaboration, and evidence-based practices, ensuring that each client feels heard, understood, and empowered to create meaningful change. I believe in creating a safe, nonjudgmental environment where individuals can explore their emotions, develop coping strategies, and build a stronger sense of self-worth. My goal is to help clients uncover their strengths, gain clarity, and create a path toward personal growth and resilience.
