Biography
I am a dedicated and compassionate mental health counselor with a Master of Social Work degree from Norfolk State University and over two decades of experience in child welfare and behavioral health services. Since 2001, I have worked with children, teens, and adults facing concerns such as anxiety, depression, PTSD, ADHD, behavioral challenges, anger regulation, and self-esteem issues. My therapeutic approach is supportive, client-centered, and grounded in evidence-based methods, helping individuals develop effective coping strategies, strengthen resilience, and experience lasting emotional growth.
