My name is Natalie Benedetto, MSW, LCSW. I have been in the field of Social Work for 10+ years and have experience working with children, adolescents, young adults, and adults. I specialize in working with adolescents but not limited to this population. I have experience in working with anxiety, stress, trauma, changes and transitions in life events, anger, etc. I strive to provide all clients with support via empathy, compassion, understanding, and being able to meet all clients where they are in their lives. I provide a non-judgmental space utilizing several modalities such as CBT and motivational interviewing. I have highly enjoyed working with clients of different backgrounds, diversities, and life experiences. I am able to provide assistance and education on healthy and effective coping skills to improve daily functioning and improve responses to past and current challenging experiences. My goal is to empower clients to achieve life goals by exploring their strengths and providing them with insight to achieve personal growth. I am here to remind my clients that they are not alone, and I truly believe in the power of vulnerability in asking for help.
