Sarah O’Connor brings over a decade of experience to her role as Supervisor. She earned her Master of Arts in Community Counseling from Argosy University and has worked across a variety of community-based settings, including transitional and independent living programs, adult residential services, behavioral health units in hospitals, and private practice. Sarah has extensive experience supporting youth and families involved in the child welfare and juvenile justice systems. She has served as a clinician providing individual, group, and family therapy. Sarah is deeply passionate about creating meaningful change—both by helping individuals navigate mental health challenges and by leading compassionate, inclusive teams that drive positive outcomes and advocate for systemic progress in diverse communities.
