I'm committed to helping people learn how to build healthier relationships with themselves and others. My work focuses on anxiety management, self compassion, boundary setting and self-esteem building. The brokenness doesn't have to last always. I believe in using a collaborative approach to helping clients reach their goals. This is done with a mixture of solution-focused, CBT, narrative, existential, and person-centered therapy. My style is not to spout as many technical terms and labels as possible, but rather to make you feel at home with conversation that feels more like friends talking al fresco at a cafe. Together, we'll collaborate in a nonjudgmental environment where clients feel empowered to explore their thoughts, emotions, and goals. I typically focus on outcomes such as building emotional resilience, improving communication, increasing self-awareness, and fostering healthy coping strategies.
