Biography

I am a compassionate child, adolescent, and young adult-focused mental health therapist who is dedicated to supporting children, teens, young adults, and their families. I understand how challenging it can be when a young person is struggling with anxiety, depression, behavioral concerns, attention difficulties, emotional overwhelm self self-esteem issues, trauma, or family conflict. My goal is to create a warm and supportive environment where young people feel safe to express themselves and where families feel understood and included in the healing process. My therapeutic approach is grounded in empathy, collaboration, and evidence-based care that is tailored to each individual’s developmental needs. I draw from child-centered and family-centered strategies, including play-based interventions, cognitive behavioral techniques, mindfulness skills, and relational work that strengthens communication and emotional awareness. I strive to meet every client where they are emotionally, socially, and developmentally, and to help them feel confident, empowered, and capable of meaningful change. If you are seeking a therapist who understands the needs of children, teens, and young adults and who provides a nurturing space for healing, growth, and emotional insight, I am here to support your family every step of the way.

My daughter thought she was very nice and listened to all her concerns. Also gave her really good feedback.

She helped her when her words weren't working, and she let her speak to her like she would a friend, so it didn't feel awkward for my daughter.
