I’m a clinically trained mental health professional with over four years of experience providing therapeutic support to children, adolescents, and adults ages 6 through 65. I work with individuals navigating emotional challenges, life transitions, behavioral concerns, and periods of increased stress, and I strive to meet each client where they are in their journey. My clinical background includes comprehensive assessments, crisis intervention, and ongoing therapy in both community-based and virtual settings. I have experience supporting clients with concerns such as anxiety, trauma-related symptoms, emotional regulation, substance use, and interpersonal difficulties. I approach therapy with care, structure, and intention, using evidence-based practices while remaining flexible to each client’s unique needs and developmental stage. I believe therapy should be a collaborative and supportive process. For children and adolescents, I focus on building emotional awareness, coping skills, and healthy communication while partnering with caregivers when appropriate. I hold a Master’s degree in Clinical Mental Health Counseling and am a Registered Mental Health Counselor Intern.
