Biography

Margaret Huss is a Licensed Clinical Mental Health Counselor with 25 years of experience assisting individuals with concerns including relationship issues, life transitions, educational/occupational stress, grief and loss, anxiety, depression, trauma, and family conflict. By encouraging clients to share their thoughts and concerns in a safe space, she guides them in creating goals that are reasonable, realistic, and meaningful. Margaret received her master’s in counseling education at the University of Central Florida. She uses cognitive behavioral therapy, acceptance and commitment therapy, motivational interviewing, and mindfulness to create an individualized plan. Margaret offers an integrative approach, highlighting the interconnectedness between mental and physical health.
