Biography

I am a trauma-informed therapist with a Master’s in Clinical Mental Health Counseling. I specialize in supporting adolescents and young adults as they navigate challenges related to anxiety, depression, trauma, and identity development. My approach integrates IFS and somatic therapies within a compassionate, culturally responsive, and holistic framework. I strive to create a safe, nonjudgmental space where each client feels seen and supported to express themselves, build resilience, and grow into their authentic sense of self.
