Biography

I am a Licensed Independent Clinical Social Worker and a doctoral candidate in Marriage and Family Therapy with more than ten years of experience supporting children, adolescents, and families. I use a relational, trauma-informed approach and integrate CBT, ACT, mindfulness, and parent–child interaction strategies into my work. I also offer virtual equine-facilitated and nature-based interventions for clients who benefit from experiential support. I have a special passion for working with military families, first responders, and their loved ones.
