Biography

I am a warm and compassionate mental health counselor. I hold a Masters in Depth Psychology and a doctorate in Jungian studies. I have worked in therapeutic wilderness settings engaging adolescent clients and their parents and siblings to a healthier approach in relationships. I also worked as a therapist in a child & adolescent school. I have provided Telehealth in my own practice, and with Telehealth organizations. I engage clients with a warm and inviting approach to care. We explore and share healthy communication strategies and I provide rythmic, repetitive, patterned motion techniques and wellness skills to calm and rebalance the nervous system. Brainspotting and Natural Flow EMDR techniques are offered to clients to address and process difficult or traumatic events as well as six wellness skills from the Trauma Resource Institute for rebalancing the central nervous system and restoring calm.
