Biography

Hi! I’m a Licensed Professional Counselor with degrees from Texas A&M and the University of Texas. I have extensive experience as a school counselor, supporting both children and adults alike through emotional, behavioral, and life challenges. I specialize in solution-focused counseling with an emphasis on building healthy coping skills and addressing attachment-related concerns. I am open-minded and flexible, which means I am willing to tailor my approach to each client’s unique needs-- we do what works best for YOU! I draw from a variety of modalities including play therapy, internal family systems, sand tray, mindfulness, and traditional talk therapy (and more!). I enjoy bringing creativity and a sense of humor and fun into the therapy space, especially with children, to help make the process engaging, safe, and meaningful. Whether I’m working with a child, parent, or adult, I focus on building secure relationships and supporting emotional regulation through a trauma-informed lens. I also collaborate closely with families, educators, and other professionals to ensure comprehensive, individualized care. My goal is to help clients of all ages grow in resilience, self-awareness, and emotional well-being while feeling empowered, connected, and understood!
