Biography

I am a compassionate professional counselor who graduated from St. Edward’s University. I work with children, adolescents, and adults, supporting them through challenges such as anxiety, depression, stress, anger, and family or relationship concerns. I specialize in both individual and group counseling, using evidence-based approaches including CBT, DBT skills, mindfulness, and expressive arts to help clients develop coping strategies, emotional awareness, and resilience. I am passionate about creating a safe, nonjudgmental space where clients feel heard, understood, and empowered to explore their emotions. I collaborate closely with families, schools, and community partners when appropriate to ensure holistic support. My goal is to help clients uncover their strengths, build self-confidence, and make meaningful changes that promote long-term well-being. I strive to guide each person toward personal growth and a greater sense of clarity and balance in their lives.
