Biography

I believe therapy should feel like partnership—not correction. Our work is guided by an integrative approach that attends to mind, body, and spirit to support intentional and sustainable growth. In our sessions, we’ll focus on your strengths, values, and readiness for change—clarifying what’s real for you now and what you want to create next. I draw from mindfulness-based and somatic approaches to help you recognize patterns and release outdated trauma-survival responses. I support adults and teens navigating life transitions and identity alignment, healing from (and during) traumatic stressors, and working through expressions of anxiety, depression, and anger. It is a particular honor to work with members of our community who’ve been conditioned to believe they must “handle it” all on their own—whose endurance has too often been exploited to demand more while offering little in return. My goal is to share light with those seeking a rhythm of conscious growth guided by discovered wisdom and declared values.
