As a Texas LPC Associate supervised by Lakeisha Williams, LPC-S, I provide a supportive, collaborative space tailored to your needs. As a parent it was great to hear her therapist giving her “homework.” From my perspective, it is empowering her. Which is different from my homework lol. As mom, I’m nagging and telling her what to do. So the reframing is wonderful. I’m looking forward to her growth and connection with her therapist and with us….especially with me.
