With 20 years of experience, Kristina brings knowledge and real-world understanding into the therapy room. She works with mostly adults dealing with anxiety, depression, anger, grief, trauma, PTSD/C-PTSD, ADHD, relationship challenges, life transitions, and women’s issues. She tailors therapy to your goals, values, and pace.

Hi, I'm Crystal Leal. I work with children, adolescents, and young adults navigating anxiety, grief, trauma, behavioral challenges, emotional regulation, and life transitions. My approach is warm, patient, and supportive, creating a safe space where clients feel heard and understood. I tailor therapy to each client's needs using play therapy, CBT, solution-focused, and strengths-based approaches to build confidence, coping skills, and resilience.
